For 47 years I have been the physical education teacher at Feira de Santana Secondary School. I teach primary school children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 1,410 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

What gifts mean to Ms. Sampaio: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

you taught me physical education in 1979 at Feira de Santana Secondary School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.

You taught me physical education in 2012 at Feira de Santana Secondary School. I still remember the day the fire alarm went off during the exam. Thank you again.

I was in your primary school children class in 1986. You believed I could do it before I did.
