I teach early years at San Cristóbal de las Casas Girls' School in San Cristóbal de las Casas since 1982. Most days I teach the final-year class, and I answer every email, even at midnight.
I've run the school newspaper after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I garden badly but happily.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Ms. Salazar
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
