I taught physics at Fairview High School in Erie from 2006 to 2025. Most days I taught Grade 4, and I learned every name in the first week.
I ran the reading group after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I run most mornings.
More about Ms. Ruiz
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
