Ms. Ruiz
Religious studies and biology teacher, Nottingham
- 🇬🇧 Nottingham, England, United Kingdom
- Nottingham Academy
- 1997 to 2009
- English
I taught religious studies at Nottingham Academy in Nottingham from 1997 to 2009. Most days I taught Grade 8, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
Over the years I had 460 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

You taught me religious studies in 2005 at Nottingham Academy. I still remember the end-of-term party.
