I taught chemistry and special education at Fairview Public School, Joliet. My door was open at lunch.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I'm still learning every day.

What gifts mean to Ms. Ruiz: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
