Ms. Ruiz
26 years teaching French in Seattle
- 🇺🇸 Seattle, Washington, United States
- Mount Pleasant Middle School
- Since 2015
- English, Spanish
For eleven years I have been the French teacher at Mount Pleasant Middle School. I teach Grade 8 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Ms. Ruiz
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Ms. Ruiz: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
