I taught religious studies at Toledo Girls' School in Toledo from 1981 to 1991. Most days I taught Grade 8, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I coached the school's football team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
