I taught art at Sakura Girls' School in San Jose from 2001 to 2015. Most days I taught Year 10, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.

If you were in my Year 10 class, you probably remember the quiz night we nearly won.
