Ms. Rivera
36 years teaching French in Tampa
- 🇺🇸 Tampa, Florida, United States
- Tampa Academy
- 1993 to 2008
- English
For 15 years I was the French teacher at Tampa Academy. I taught Grade 8 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I ran the running club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Ms. Rivera
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Ms. Rivera: Any gift will help me keep tutoring for free.

you taught me French in 2004 at Tampa Academy. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard. Truly.
