Teacher at Boulogne-Billancourt Grammar School, loves home economics

I taught home economics at Boulogne-Billancourt Grammar School in Boulogne-Billancourt from 2018 to 2025. Most days I taught first-year students, and I never once raised my voice.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
More about Ms. Remy
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
