Ms. Rashidi
Mathematics and chemistry teacher, Jinja
- 🇺🇬 Jinja, Eastern Region, Uganda
- Jinja Secondary School
- Since 1978
- English, Swahili
I teach mathematics at Jinja Secondary School in Jinja since 1978. Most days I teach the final-year class, and I never raise my voice.
Outside the classroom I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. Inside it, I never raise my voice.
More about Ms. Rashidi
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Ms. Rashidi: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
