I teach economics and geography at Northside Girls' School, Dwarka. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I've coached the school's athletics team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Ms. Rashid
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
What gifts mean to Ms. Rashid: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
