Ms. Rajapaksa
30 years teaching Spanish in Negombo
- 🇱🇰 Negombo, Western, Sri Lanka
- Negombo Grammar School
- 2018 to 2025
- English
I taught Spanish and economics at Negombo Grammar School, Negombo. I never once raised my voice.
Over the years I had 370 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Ms. Rajapaksa
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Ms. Rajapaksa: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
