For 24 years I was the history teacher at Medan Girls' School. I taught Grade 6 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 1,440 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Ms. Putra
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
