Ms. Popoola
13 years teaching Spanish in Kano
- 🇳🇬 Kano, Kano, Nigeria
- Kano Middle School
- 2015 to 2025
- English, Yoruba, French
For ten years I was the Spanish teacher at Kano Middle School. I taught teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 540 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
