I taught geography and home economics at Central Technical College, Saint Petersburg. I played music while people worked.
Over the years I had 430 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Ms. Polishchuk
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Polishchuk: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
