Ms. Piras
36 years teaching English literature in Parma
- 🇮🇹 Parma, Emilia-Romagna, Italy
- St. Mary's Primary School
- 1994 to 2006
- Italian, Spanish
I came to teaching late, after working as a night-shift cleaner, and twelve years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I coached the school's netball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Ms. Piras
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Piras: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

I was in your Year 9 class in 2019. You believed I could do it before I did. Greetings from București.
