Ms. Pillay
French and special education teacher, Johannesburg
- 🇿🇦 Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa
- Sakura Primary School
- Since 1992
- English, Zulu
For 34 years I have been the French teacher at Sakura Primary School. I teach Grade 8 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I garden badly but happily. Inside it, I learn every name in the first week.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Ms. Pillay
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

You taught me French in 1994 at Sakura Primary School. I still remember the snow day nobody expected.
