I taught computer science at Atlas Secondary School in Belém from 1982 to 2004. Most days I taught Year 10, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I ran the drama society after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I fix old bicycles.
More about Ms. Pereira
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Pereira: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
