For 16 years I have been the religious studies teacher at Hope Grammar School. I teach Year 10 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. Inside it, I write a short note to every student at the end of term.

What gifts mean to Ms. Patel: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
