I taught chemistry and art at Eastgate Middle School, New Delhi. I learned every name in the first week.
I coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Ms. Parvez
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Ms. Parvez: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
