Ms. Parks
33 years teaching music in Akron
- 🇺🇸 Akron, Ohio, United States
- Akron Public School
- Since 1981
- English, French
I came to teaching late, after working as a nurse, and 45 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

If you were in my Grade 11 class, you probably remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly.

What gifts mean to Ms. Parks: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
