Ms. Panwar
Geography and home economics teacher, Varanasi
- 🇮🇳 Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India
- Rosewood Primary School
- 1983 to 2020
- English
I taught geography at Rosewood Primary School in Varanasi from 1983 to 2020. Most days I taught the youngest children, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
Over the years I had 1,150 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Ms. Panwar
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the capital, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Ms. Panwar: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
