I taught music at Thane Boys' School in Thane from 1986 to 2005. Most days I taught mixed-ability classes, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk. Outside the classroom I sing in a choir. Inside it, I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
