Ms. Öztürk
Biology and home economics teacher, Utrecht
- 🇳🇱 Utrecht, Utrecht, Netherlands
- Utrecht High School
- 1994 to 2012
- Dutch, Turkish
I taught biology and home economics at Utrecht High School, Utrecht. I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
Over the years I had 540 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Ms. Öztürk
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Ms. Öztürk: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
