Ms. Özdemir
13 years teaching physical education in Çankaya
- 🇹🇷 Çankaya, Ankara, Türkiye
- Harbor Primary School
- 2014 to 2022
- English
I taught physical education at Harbor Primary School in Çankaya from 2014 to 2022. Most days I taught Grade 8, and I never once raised my voice.
Over the years I had 170 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Ms. Özdemir
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Özdemir: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
