I teach history at Abuja Girls' School in Abuja since 1978. Most days I teach the final-year class, and my door is open at lunch.
I've run the running club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
Thank you for stopping by.
More about Ms. Oyelaran
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Ms. Oyelaran: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

I was in your the final-year class class in 1990. You believed I could do it before I did. Greetings from Rabat.

You taught me history in 1978 at Abuja Girls' School. I still remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand. Truly.

I failed history twice before you. After you I passed with a B. Thank you. Greetings from San Francisco.
