Ms. Opio
Physics and special education teacher, Thika
- 🇰🇪 Thika, Kiambu, Kenya
- Thika Primary School
- 2011 to 2020
- English
For nine years I was the physics teacher at Thika Primary School. I taught first-year students and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I ran the robotics club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I walk the dog by the river.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Ms. Opio
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Opio: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

You taught me physics in 2023 at Thika Primary School. I still remember the day the fire alarm went off during the exam.
