Ms. Okonkwo
Special education teacher at Meadowbank Technical College, Since 1997
- 🇳🇬 Kaduna, Kaduna, Nigeria
- Since 1997
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a clerk, and 29 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 700 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm still learning every day.

What gifts mean to Ms. Okonkwo: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
