Ms. Ogunbanjo
19 years teaching home economics in Epe
- 🇳🇬 Epe, Lagos, Nigeria
- Gateway Grammar School
- Since 1999
- English, French
I teach home economics at Gateway Grammar School in Epe since 1999. Most days I teach Year 9, and I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Ms. Ogunbanjo: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me home economics in 2009 at Gateway Grammar School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.
