I taught computer science at Bayview Academy in Nairobi from 2015 to 2024. Most days I taught Year 10, and I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
Over the years I had 480 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Ms. Ochieng: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
