I teach physics at Mount Pleasant Secondary School in Oakland since 1980. Most days I teach the youngest children, and my door is open at lunch.
I've run the chess club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I make terrible puns.
More about Ms. Obrien
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
