I teach French and economics at Trinity Middle School, Mesa. I never turn anyone away.
Over the years I've had 1,120 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
What gifts mean to Ms. Oberoi: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
