Ms. Nichols
Art and English literature teacher, Oakland
- 🇺🇸 Oakland, California, United States
- Crown Secondary School
- 2000 to 2015
- English
For 15 years I was the art teacher at Crown Secondary School. I taught mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Ms. Nichols
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Nichols: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
