I taught economics and geography at Hải Phòng Technical College, Hải Phòng. I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
Over the years I had 490 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Ms. Nguyen: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
