Ms. Newar
34 years teaching physical education in Kathmandu
- 🇳🇵 Kathmandu, Bagmati, Nepal
- Kathmandu Girls' School
- 2015 to 2024
- English
For nine years I was the physical education teacher at Kathmandu Girls' School. I taught the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
More about Ms. Newar
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Newar: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
