Ms. Nelson
Retired computer science teacher from Los Angeles Public School

- Los Angeles Public School
- 2014 to 2024

I taught computer science at Los Angeles Public School in Los Angeles from 2014 to 2024. Most days I taught teenagers, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I coached the school's football team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Ms. Nelson
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
