Ms. Nelson
Retired home economics teacher from Sydney Grammar School
- 🇦🇺 Sydney, New South Wales, Australia
- Sydney Grammar School
- 2010 to 2024
- English
For 14 years I was the home economics teacher at Sydney Grammar School. I taught mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I ran the drama society after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I sing in a choir.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Ms. Nelson
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Nelson: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
