Ms. Negi
31 years teaching art in San Francisco
- 🇺🇸 San Francisco, California, United States
- San Francisco Grammar School
- 1987 to 2006
- English, Hindi
I came to teaching late, after working as a bank clerk, and 19 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Ms. Negi
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the coast, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Ms. Negi: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
