For 21 years I have been the Spanish teacher at Addis Ababa High School. I teach the youngest children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Ms. Negash
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
