I teach geography at Quezon City Boys' School in Quezon City since 1983. Most days I teach mixed-ability classes, and I never raise my voice.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
