I taught chemistry at Campinas Secondary School in Campinas from 2009 to 2021. Most days I taught the final-year class, and I played music while people worked.
Over the years I had 610 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Ms. Nascimento
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
