Ms. Nakamya
Environmental science and home economics teacher, Nairobi
- 🇰🇪 Nairobi, Nairobi, Kenya
- Nairobi Technical College
- 1991 to 2008
- English
I taught environmental science at Nairobi Technical College in Nairobi from 1991 to 2008. Most days I taught teenagers, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Over the years I had 630 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
