I teach environmental science at Silverlake Secondary School in Pune since 1979. Most days I teach Year 10, and I learn every name in the first week.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
