I taught economics and art at Brookfield Grammar School, East London. I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Ms. Naicker: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
