I teach music at Birmingham Middle School in Birmingham since 1981. Most days I teach the final-year class, and I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I've coached the school's basketball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
