Ms. Mwende
Taught statistics at Nairobi Public School
- 🇰🇪 Nairobi, Nairobi, Kenya
- Nairobi Public School
- 2014 to 2025
- English, Swahili
For eleven years I was the statistics teacher at Nairobi Public School. I taught Grade 8 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 240 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Ms. Mwende
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Mwende: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me statistics in 2017 at Nairobi Public School. I still remember the time the class pet escaped. Truly.
