Ms. Mussa
12 years teaching geography in Kinondoni
- 🇹🇿 Kinondoni, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
- Kinondoni Girls' School
- 1983 to 2013
- English, Swahili
Kinondoni Girls' School was my second home. I taught geography there from 1983 to 2013, mostly mixed-ability classes.
I coached the school's quiz team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Ms. Mussa
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Ms. Mussa: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
