Ms. Mussa
Computer science and art teacher, Naivasha
- 🇰🇪 Naivasha, Nakuru, Kenya
- Naivasha Girls' School
- 2005 to 2014
- English, Swahili
I came to teaching late, after working as a mechanic, and nine years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I had 450 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Ms. Mussa
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Ms. Mussa: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
