For 30 years I was the Spanish teacher at Parkside Secondary School. I taught first-year students and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 1,650 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
